Putting things off or delay is generally not helpful for any client's case. At my firm, delay is not an option.  We are not a large, impersonal law firm. That's not want to be. Instead, our values are best served with a limited number of clients whom we believe in and truly care for.

We investigate your case promptly. We gather evidence, document the case, from photographs, conditions, reports, medical records, right away. We have witnesses interviewed as appropriate under the circumstances. If appropriate, we get expert witness involvement.

As your lawyer, I am personally involved from day one.

Our philosophy is move the case forward, and to move it forward quickly. Your injury, your harms, your losses, may take a lifetime time to recover from and fix, but that's not a reason to let your file sit on a shelf.

We limit the number of cases we handle so we can provide prompt, personal, and professional service from the beginning to the end. We welcome and provide routine status reports.
