Proud to Be A Trial Lawyer 

I'm a consumer justice attorney.  That's another way of letting the public know that as a trial lawyer, I represent consumers only. I do not represent large insurance companies or other corporate interests.

When you have a problem, and you need someone in court, then there's no one better to have on your side than an experienced trial lawyer.

I am proud to be a trial lawyer.  It is, in my opinion, the most noble of all fields in the legal profession. It is, as I see it, demanded by our Constitution, in the quest for justice.  Each of us is guaranteed a right to a jury trial in our Constitution.  Helping to fulfill that fundamental constitutional right is something that makes me very proud, personally and professionally.

I recognize, and honor, the tradition of the trial lawyer by taking seriously my clients' needs, their harms, their losses, their challenges.  Consumers come to me when they have been harmed, face losses, big difficulties – huge life problems – caused by a big company, corporate interest, or insurance company.

These insurance companies and big corporations have teams of lawyers, adjusters, risk managers,  representing them.

As your trial lawyer, I level that playing field.  I represent you, your family.  I am your advocate.
